Tortelloni

The older sibling to tortellini. This is a bigger pasta with a bigger bite. Made from Durum & Semolina Flour and filled with Ricotta, Eggs, and Pecorino Romano that is lightly seasoned with salt, black pepper & parsley. Can be served in tomato or cream sauce or baked in sauce with mozzarella on top.
