Redolent of Provençal fields 
The lavender fields were picked over but the floral breeze still enveloped us. The fragrance is pitch perfect dusted on small potatoes and rubbed on any meat (duck is a favorite)  for roasting and grilling. A quick blitz in a grinder cracks the whole spices and wakes everything up.
