All fish come scaled and gutted with your choice of head on or head off. All fish can be cut into steaks or filet.

This fish is available by preorder only, and fulfillment is dependent on what is successfully caught and available on the day of delivery.

While we do our best to fulfill every order, occasionally a specific fish may not be available due to daily catch conditions. If an item you ordered is unavailable, you will receive a full refund for that item or items.
