Need a simple white bread? We present this French-style pain de mie which really goes with ANYTHING. We like it as the base for open-faced farmers market produce-based  sandwiches, good old PB&J, BLT, and later in the week nicely toasted to accompany a true ‘80s breakfast. Just add coffee.  
Ingredients: Flour, milk, butter, salt, sugar, yeast
