Triple C Bakery

Triple C was born from an unexpected place — an automotive classroom.
While studying automotive technology, I spent more time bringing in homemade baked goods than talking about engines. My teacher used to joke that I should switch to culinary school… and eventually, I did.
After working alongside my dad at our family repair shop, I followed my passion and enrolled at the Culinary Institute of America to study baking and pastry. From there, I spent five years working in a New York City bakery, refining my skills and learning from some of the best in the industry.
In 2024, I took the leap and Triple C was born.
Triple C was built on creativity, craftsmanship, and consistency.
