Lobster Hill Farm is a family-run regenerative farm in Putnam County, where we’re raising livestock with a focus on healthy animals, healthy soil, and a healthier local food system.
From pasture-raised pork, beef, lamb and goat to farm-fresh eggs, our goal is simple: raise good food the way we believe it should be raised, with plenty of sunshine, fresh air, room to roam, and respect for the land.
We’re continually working to improve the farm through rotational grazing, pasture restoration, conservation projects and thoughtful land management. What you buy from us helps make that possible.
